Project Android

"Part 2" of this mod has been released, packaged as part of my Project Overhaul general expansion mod. For the rest of my time in 1.20.1 I’d like to focus my attention on a single mod rather than multiple concept mods. 

Project Android

A small prototype project introducing customizable Android companions to Minecraft.

Once an android is tamed with iron ingots, it can be commanded in a variety of ways.
Commands include:
Sit, Attack ON / OFF, Idle, Follow, and Sing.

When Attack Mode is enabled, your android will automatically engage hostile mobs based on configurable rules. The config file gives you full control over its behavior. Please check out the user config file to see all the options.

The Sing command makes your android perform short songs themed around coding and modding in Minecraft, adding a fun twist of personality to your robotic companion.

This mod is currently a prototype, made for fun and inspired by the ModJam contest.
It’s simple and structured, but planned updates will expand the android’s AI depth and add new layers of interaction and control.

Planned features include:

- Advanced Dweller-type AI for hostile androids.

- Additional player commands.

This mod isn’t meant to be huge — it’s a focused, lightweight concept that’ll grow over time.
