Productive Bees EMI Fix

First release.

Adds EMI support for Productive Bees:
- Bee Hive Production, Centrifuge, Bee Breeding, Bee Conversion and Nest Spawning
- Bees render as the actual bee and each one is its own ingredient, so clicking a
  bee shows its own recipes instead of every bee's
- Combs are treated the same way, so "uses" on a comb no longer lists the whole
  centrifuge

Fixes a Productive Bees bug that breaks bee breeding with or without a recipe
viewer: the mod builds its bee cache before entity tags are bound, silently
loses every hardcoded bee and never rebuilds it. Breeding recipes with a
hardcoded parent then never match, which is why Coal (Magmatic x Leafcutter)
and Iron (Crystalline x Ashy Mining) appear to do nothing.

Install on both sides: the client gets the EMI categories, the server gets the
breeding fix.
