Bugfix
- Fixed the bug, when a fire charge released using a dispenser could bypass the region’s rule restrictions.
- Vulnerability has been fixed, in scenario, then player could activate a redstone machanism and leave the server, after which the actions performed by this redstone mechanism would bypass the existing regional restrictions.
