Compatibility
Adds optional compatibility for the Refined Storage Crafting Grid.
Reads real stored item stacks from the currently accessible Refined Storage network when the Crafting Grid is open.
Uses Refined Storage's official Crafting Grid recipe-transfer flow to fill the 3x3 crafting matrix.
Adds compatibility for third-party mod crafting recipes shown in JEI by using PCA's own crafting-grid placement instead of relying on vanilla recipe-book placement.
Keeps regular Grid, Fluid Grid, Pattern Grid, Crafting Monitor, Refined Storage machines, autocrafting, addons, and wireless addon terminals unsupported.
