Performance-only update. Network membership and storage-node lists are indexed during topology rebuild. Reader target lookup and wireless-storage node lookup now use that index instead of scanning every network group; transfer rules, ownership, filters and rates are unchanged.

Exact Forge 49.2.8 compilation, 191 native GameTests, release checksums, and installed-client/provider/multiplayer acceptance are separate gates. Automated release publication requires the native gate. Client visuals, installed optional providers, two-user multiplayer, large-network benchmarks, and broad PL2 parity remain pending. This is an alpha candidate.
