Backport of the 1.21.1 0.0.6 gameplay features.

9 input slots, 9 output slots and one upgrade slot.
Upgrade levels 1–7 target 1–7 output stacks and multiply energy receive rate.
Continuous crafting while compatible output room remains.
Server-synchronized auto-eject checkbox, inventory and energy updates.
Automatic migration of legacy 13-slot inventories, preserving items and auto-eject state.
Optional JEI/REI support, updated tooltips, and corrected first-input recipe matching and multi-container auto-eject.
Native Forge GUI; LDLib2 is not required.

Requires Minecraft 1.20.1, Forge, Java 17 and matching Powah (built against 5.0.11). Install on both client and server; replace the old PowahCOE JAR.

Back up worlds before upgrading. Downgrading requires a pre-upgrade backup.

Build/reobfuscation and 131 automated regression checks passed. In-game GUI, multiplayer and REI runtime testing has not yet been completed.
