removed unused recipe files, code cleanup, fix for singleplayer to multiplayer exploit, includes another attempt at bugfix for potion expiry, does cause some blocks to disappear/reappear but moving around will bring them back as long as the effect is still active. effect can now be turned off using /effect clear playername effectname, as one would want.
