Changes:
- Reorganized config file. This requires you to delete your current config file. Create a backup before doing so.
- Changed the strength potion effect to +20% attack damage per level (was +3 attack damage per level)
- Changed the weakness potion effect to -25% attack damage per level (was -4 attack damage per level)
