potion addons

Adds many different new potions to the game, mostly to enhance PVP, but also regular gameplay. Also adds new effects, like reach, but mainly adds potions of effects all ready in the game as potions, such as levitation, absorption, hunger, mining fatigue, haste, ect. More features to come later
