* Added a reimplementation of the "/fill" command, usage is the same as the one in 1.8+ but the functionality is not yet complete and therefore should be used cautiously

* Noting the previous addition of technical commands of "/checkfordimension" (checking if that dimension ID is a valid dimension), "/getdimension" (getting the current dimension player is in), "/setdimension" (overriding the current dimension player is in) "/givenw" (simply /give but without warning about numerical IDs), "/hextodec" (converting hexadecimal numbers into decimal ones)
