# Portal Ledger
**Plan, name, and organize portal routes without leaving Minecraft.**
Portal Ledger is a client-side notebook for portal coordinates. Save named points, add notes, mark favorites, and compare Overworld/Nether X/Z conversions from one focused interface.

## Privacy and fair-play scope
Portal Ledger is a planning tool, not a world scanner. It does **not** locate structures, inspect unloaded terrain, teleport the player, or guarantee how vanilla portal linking will resolve. Your saved data stays local unless you export it yourself.

- **Fabric, Forge, and NeoForge** wherever that loader is officially supported for the selected Minecraft version

## Installation
1. Choose the file matching your exact Minecraft version and mod loader.
2. Install the loader's required API/dependencies when listed on the file page.
3. Place the jar in your mods folder and start Minecraft.
