Added optimizations by doing the following:

       - Strictly aquatic mobs do not get tracked and do not emit light when burned

       - Entities that only burn in lava do not emit light when burned

       - Items that do not emit light normally will not emit light while burning

 

Fixed the bugs caused by multiple entities in the same block (hopefully)
