Additions made over the original polymorph mod :

- Scrollable selector with arrows + mouse wheel when more than 7 recipes conflict.
- Pinned panel: right-click the open-arrow to dock it open for the session, left-click to unpin.
- First-run tutorial bubbles (EN + FR), auto-dismiss.
- Crafter block (1.21+) selection persisted on the block for redstone automation.
