Required Mod
TerraBlender is required to use this mod.
Please install TerraBlender alongside Polluted World before launching the game.

Select:
generator.minecraft.polluted_world
when creating a new world.
First World Load
When entering a newly created world for the first time, your character may appear to fall for a short period.
This is normal. The mod is generating the initial underground structures and world layout.
The first login on multiplayer servers may also take longer than usual for the same reason.
About
Polluted World is a survival mod inspired by Metro, Fallout, and post-apocalyptic underground living.
The surface has become heavily polluted and dangerous to inhabit. Most survivors now live underground, connected through a network of stations and rail tunnels.
Surviving the Surface
Exploring the surface requires a Gas Mask and a Filter. Without protection, the polluted air will gradually damage the player.
Replace the filter using the C key.
Activated Charcoal
Activated Charcoal is used to craft higher quality filters.
Crafting it is simple:

Obtain Charcoal.

Smelt it in a Blast Furnace.
Underground Life
Life in Polluted World revolves around an underground transportation network.

Corpses and Remains
Throughout the world you may discover the remains of previous survivors.
Right-clicking a corpse allows you to search it and recover any belongings left behind.
The loot depends on the type of corpse and can include ammunition, supplies, crafting materials, filters, and occasionally valuable equipment
Just Enough Guns New Integration
Polluted World includes optional integration with Just Enough Guns New.
When Just Enough Guns New is installed, special loot tables become available, allowing firearms, ammunition, and related supplies to appear naturally throughout the world.
