Creepers still explode, damage players and mobs, and apply their normal knockback, but they can no longer destroy blocks from your builds or landscape.
The change applies only to Creeper explosions. TNT, beds, respawn anchors, Ghasts, and every other explosion keep their normal behavior. Other mobs' griefing capabilities are not affected.
Both regular and charged Creepers are supported.
Fabric Version requires Fabric API.
