Fixes & Changes:

- Made several configs require world restart

- Large Fireballs should now hit Ghasts if they ghostlyGhast is enabled.

- Mobs can be hostile towards players that stare at them like Enderman.

- Piglins and Hoglins will not zombify if in a dimension that has a day-night cycle and is at night time. (Since Minecraft Legends and Movie made it seem that way lol)

- Piglins and Illagers hate each other.

- Piglins hate Villagers now.
