REWORKS:

Fixed the CORE Chest to have a custom UI and actually work properly!

Tweaked the very poorly designed progression recipes (Shard of Palest and Palest's CORE).

Tweaked the Eye of Reversal recipe.

Fixed the Apostle death message.

Reworked sound design of Polarity dimension.

Reworked toughness of blocks.

Reworked the eyepatch to have all the code for the special hunger and health mechanics within the new effect, rather than having it stored in itself.

Tweaked the Creative Tab to say "Polarity" instead of "Palest;s Mod"

Tweaked the Palest-named things to be separate.

-"Shard of Palest" is now "Shard of Persistence"

-"Palest's CORE" is now "Charged CORE"
