What's new

Persistent plush size customization from 0.10x to 2.00x.
Default plush scale of 0.35x.
Size displayed in plush item lore and inspector output.
/plush size set <player> <scale> to resize a held plush.
/plush size modifier <player> <scale> [amount] to issue consumable resize items.
/plush config freeplush <on|off|status> to control whether the first plush for each Pokémon is free.
Persistent server configuration in config/pokeplushie.properties.
Form-aware plush generation:
- /plush give species <player> <species> form <form>
- Supports optional shiny and level <1-100>.
