Updated to Minecraft 1.21.1 and Pixelmon 9.4.0+.
Restored all former functionality and added:
/swarm reroll - Rerolls the current swarm with another random swarm.
/swarm setduration - Sets the duration of the currently active swarm.
/swarm stop - Stops currently active swarm without starting another.
/swarm set [swarmID] - Sets the swarm to a spawn info that is set via datapack. Additional swarms can be defined in data/pokemonswarming/swarming.
