Ported to 1.20.1 forge!

This build suprisingly is more stable than the Neo port at the moment, so it shouldn't cause you any major issues!

NOTE: This build, like all builds 1.19.4+, requires YetAnotherConfigLib, however, YACL needs KotlinForForge installed to work on Forge for some reason, so be sure to install that as well!
