When main-hand holds a Poison Sword and off-hand holds an Enderberry (from Enderberry mod):
Hitting an Enderman with the main hand inflicts Poison I on all Endermen within 10 blocks.
Poison duration is n seconds, where n equals the amount of Enderberries held.
Consumes the off-hand Enderberry.
