Adds a simplified teleporter item to Minecraft. Only adds one item in total! Shift-Right click to name the current teleporter. Normal right-clicks to teleport to the location you named it. Able to easily identify with multiple teleporters in your inventory with names. Classified under "transportation" in creative mode.
P.S. I do not know whether it works with Nether or End, I have not tested it. If someone actually uses this and likes the idea, I will consider adding these features. Also please tell me if there is something you want to change/add/fix, thank you in advance!
