Fixed: No Longer crashes on load.  The ghost crash error that gave no context in the logs was exposed.

 

Note:  The crash was caused by pmmo v.3.63 adding dimension travel reqs.  this version is incompatible with versions prior to 3.63, however older versions of this mod have no content differences and will work with older pmmo versions.
