[Changes]:
-New Teleport Mechanic on Space-Time Staff
-MK2 boots now negate fall damage
-MK2 Chestplate now applies fire resistance when player is on fire
-Medikit now remove bad effects
-Medic Bag now activates when the player get bad effects and remove them (60% chance of damage it)
-Stealth Device now activates invisibility when sneaking
-Desert Eagle Damage reduced
-Eternal Furnace Sound changed
-Nexonite Shield Durability changed: 285 > 750

-Troll Creeper doesn't spawn anymore on nether and on the end
