🧭 [PvP Mod] Adds a Tracking Compass, which can track the nearest player's location.

What's new
- Ported the mod to 1.21.1, 26.1 and 26.3!
- Spectators and invisible players can no longer be tracked, configurable.
- An unused compass now spins instead of pointing at 0,0.
- Sneak + right-click the compass to bind it to yourself, so others can track you with it.
- Added config options for the tracking distance, the chat message, a cooldown and more.
