Totems Textures Are Now Affected by block below the player and the dimension the player is in
14 variations

Golden Totems are now craftable
- when placed become persistent totems (owned by player that places them)

Totems no longer require the spectating player to be nearby
- teleports player to totem upon breaking

Totem Spawns and Decays are now announced it all chat
- "A totem has been spawned at X Y Z"
- "A totem has decayed"

Totems are now replaced by Decayed Totems when time runs out
- Decayed Totems can be used to craft golden totems

Fixed Decaying Totems Spawning even if totem is broken
