• Added new Custom loot drop for skins, (Regenerate your skins.json for an example, for now until I get a tutorial)
• Player heads now can drop

• Updated Configs slightly, removed the Nether and End Configs and added a dimension blacklist to handled modded dimensions
• Added Biome's Blacklist
• Removed UUID's from the player skins for the time being as they haven't been working as intended. May return may not.
