## 1.0.6 Player Relations rename


Renamed to Player Relations. Added the proper Player Relations mod icon. Updated the mod metadata for the renamed Player Relations release. Fixed the icon path so it can display correctly in supported mod menus/launchers.
Updated the built jar naming to use player-relations.

## 1.0.6 name consistency fix + Release

- Uses `playerrelations` for the internal mod ID, resource namespace, keybind IDs, and mixin config name.
- Uses `player-relations` for the built jar name and config filename.
- Migrates an old `399k-relations.properties` config into `player-relations.properties` when possible.
