Fix
- Kick on join / ClassCastException: the payload types were never registered — only the
networking instance was constructed, so the server dispatched
nbt_clientasDiscardedPayloadand kicked players on join. Payload types now register inonInitialize, and the clientbound receiver registers directly inPlayerActivityClient.onInitializeClient().
