This license applies to the Played mod, its compiled binaries, assets,
documentation, and source code (collectively, the "Software"), except for
third-party components that are distributed under their own licenses.
The Software is proprietary. Its source code is not licensed to the public.
## 1. Permission to use official copies
Subject to compliance with this license, Zorblock (the "Licensor") grants you a
limited, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and
non-sublicensable license to download, install, and run an unmodified official
copy of the Software for personal, non-commercial use.
You may make reasonable backup copies for that use. No ownership or other rights
in the Software are transferred to you.
## 2. Restrictions
You may not, without prior written permission from the Licensor:
a. publish, distribute, share, transmit, mirror, re-upload, or otherwise make
available the Software or any modified version, in source or binary form;
b. copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or
create derivative works from the Software, except where applicable law does
not permit this restriction;
c. create or distribute unofficial releases, builds, forks, ports, modpacks, or
derivative works containing any part of the Software;
d. upload the Software or a modified version to GitHub, GitLab, Modrinth,
CurseForge, or any other website, repository, platform, or service;
e. sell, rent, license, sublicense, monetize, or commercially exploit the
Software or any modified version;
f. remove or alter copyright, license, attribution, or provenance notices; or
g. represent an unofficial version as official or endorsed by the Licensor.
You may link to an official download page controlled by the Licensor. Only the
Licensor, or a party with the Licensor's prior written permission, may publish or
distribute the Software.
## 3. No trademark license
This license does not grant permission to use the names "Played" or "Zorblock",
or any associated logos, icons, branding, or trademarks.
## 4. Third-party components
Third-party libraries, APIs, and other components included with or used by the
Software remain subject to their respective licenses. This license grants no
additional rights to those components and does not reduce rights granted by
their respective licensors.
## 5. Termination
Your rights under this license terminate automatically if you violate any of its
terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies
in your possession or control.
## 6. Disclaimer of warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU USE THE SOFTWARE AT YOUR
OWN RISK.
## 7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSOR WILL NOT BE
LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE
SOFTWARE OR ITS USE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE.
## 8. Additional permission
The Licensor may grant additional permissions or alternative licenses in a
separate written agreement. Any failure to enforce a provision of this license
does not waive the right to enforce it later. If any provision is unenforceable,
the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
