Dragonborn Lib refitted ender dragon based off lool8421's dragon survival addon,

Significant model, texture, and animation changes have been implemented to allow you to use your minecraft skin and player but with ender dragon tail, wings and horns, and the breath ability has been replaced with a weaker damage output but debuffing gaze ability.
But this addon has a relatively similar play style as the original full bodied dragon.
Needs the original to work as this is an addon for the original -this contains no assets or functions from the original mod any ability functions are instead referenced from the original mod.
This addon exists with explicit written permission from the original mod creator.
I will not be porting this project any time soon but may port it if the original mod gets ported.
