Fixes:

• Capitalization fixes in lang files.
• Fixed enderman minions not having armor, now they should actually be somewhat tanky.

Balance changes:

• Breath ability uses 20% less mana to make it not as inefficient.
• Fireball ability does 20% less damage but lasts 1s longer to make it a more slow damaging ability.
• Fireballs also make 2x less particles since clouds are still visible but less laggy like that.
• Enchanted golden apples now turn into regular golden apples on consumption.
• End crystals can now grant fire resistance for 10s after pulling energy from a crystal.
