- Cleaned up the file structure a bunch
- Recipes that use uranium, plutonium or lead ingots now use the ore dictionary
- EntityRailgun doesn't throw an exception when its writeToNBT method is called
- Removed Plasmificator since it didn't work at all and is basically a fancy furnace
- Merged related items into a single Item instance (eg all vials are the same ItemVial object, just differentiated by a damage value)
