food bosses (pizza boss mod)

this is just a small update, not too much was added...

+new mobs: salt and pepper shakers

+new assistant for ice cream bowl: whipped cream

pizza and ice cream bowl's rewards are now much more worth fighting the boss

mushrooms no longer explode if killed in creative

+new item: ice cream shop (creative mode only)

swimming in melted ice cream now slows the player (resembling how ice cream is cold)
