Pixel's Empowered Origins

Adds a few new origins to the origins mod that are not only powerful but capable of evolution.

This mod requires the Origins(Fabric) Mod.

This mod adds the Dryad,  Automaton, Siren, Dwarf, Vampire, Lich, and Dracon Origins. Each origin is very powerful, and built with a harder modpack in mind. These origins can also become more powerful by evolving and each origins evolves in a diffrent way. You can attempt to find out how to evolve each origin for yourself, or use this page to learn how they all evolve.

 

The following section is a description of each origin, and the spoiler tag under each origin describes their evolutions and how to get them.

Dryad

Thorn Whip - Can extend a thorn whip, increasing reach and damage, and allowing attacks to poison targets.

Essence Gather - Can use bottles to colelct animal essences in the form of potions.

Plant - most food gives little hunger or saturation, eats sunlight and sunflowers.

Growth - Can grow plants by sneaking nearby, at the cost of hunger.

Forest - Empowered in forests.

Fire - Scared of flames, which are extra deadly and prevent mining for a time.

Flowers - Creates a veil of flower petals. They do nothing, but look pretty.

Ancient Dryad
Gained by shift-right-clicking on a Sniffer egg.
Retains the Dryad's Powers

Nature - Health is increased in places of nature, and decreased in hostile places. Sunlight also increases health.

Regenerate - Can quickly regenerate using sunlight.

Nature walker - Can walk through plantlife, and walk on the surface of water.

Cruel Advances - Harmed by holding iron tools. Soul flames hurt to be near.

Cycle - Sometimes resuses killed animals.

Guardian - Gains a guardian form, which acts as a temporary battle mode.

Preserve life - Can restore health to living mobs by right clicking.

Sculked Dryad
Gained by right clicking the warden as a Dryad or Ancient Dryad.
Replaces powers with unique powers!
Retains Essence Gathering

Sonic Scream - Can fire a sonic blast akin to the warden's own scream.

Echolocator - Cannot see entities unless they are moving and nearby.

Sniff - Can temporarily detect all entities within range. Each detected entity increases rage.

Burrow - Can burrow into the ground like the warden, ends if in sight of the sky or too far from the ground. Weak while burrowing.

Enrage - When angered becomes extremely fast and strong for a short time.

Warden - Slow and small reach, stronger, but vulnerable to explosions. Fire no longer poses a threat.

Weakness- Scared of the sun, which prevents healing, must sleep under cover.

Altered View - Has an altered perception. Can be turned off using F4 if it hurts your eyes.

 

Dwarf

Trades - Can accept emeralds from other players, spawns random items in return. (Requires Multiplayer)

Beard Pocket - Has access to an additional inventory space.

Gold Miner - Gold Pickaxes are the best tool for a dwarf.

Fire Charge - Cheap fire charge recipe.

Careful Miner - Mines ores as blocks, use pick on blocks in inventory (Like using a bundle) to change them into raw materials. (Chance at getting extras)

Stomach - Doesnt suffer from poison from eating. Mutton is increased in effect.

Quick Smelt - Can use fire charges on ores in inventory to quick smelt without a furnace.

Darkvision - Has night vision, which is togglable.

Fighting - Gains increased damge and attack speed by fighting. Atrophies over time.

Digger - Doesn't need a tool to mine rocks while underground.

Endurance - While in low light, dwarves has increases armor. Shields also help reduce knockback.

Scaffolding - Can automatically place dirt at feet. Requires filled dirt bar, which is refilled by holdign dirt in offhand.

Small - Dwarves are one block tall.

Poor - Isnt very wealthy.

King Dwarf
Gained by holding gold nuggets/ingots/blocks in your offhand and rightclicking to add them to your wealth until the bar is full.

Retains the Dwarf's Powers

Luck - Has fluctuating luck. When lucky gains a chat message and finds gold in stone.

Gold Food - Can create Gold carrots and apples by using the apropriate materials on them.

Midas Touch - Can convert stone to gold by expending wealth. must be holding gold pick.

Honey - Since honey is basically liquid gold, benefits more from it.

Gold Rush - Has an activatable ability that increases mining and movement speed, and a small heal.

Simplification - Can activate an ability to turn any type of stone mined into basic stone.

Hat - Gets a cool hat.

 

Lich

Summoner - Can summon a wide variety of undead monsters, uses slain souls.

Conversion - Can use slain souls to convert any undead into the army.

Move Undead - Can pick up and move undead to get them in the right spot.

Phylactery - Uses soul essence instead of hunger. If soul essence runs out, dies quickly. Soul essence is gained from killing living mobs.

Aquatic Sufferage - Moves slowly in water and cannot swim. Deep oceans might cause freezing.

Undead - Is constered an undead.

Sand feeding - Can consume souls within soulsand, less effective than killing living creatures.

Seafood Souls - Can shove salmon souls into sand to create soulsand.

Eldritch Blast - Can fire an explosive blast that causes damage and breaks blocks.

Summon Evoction Fangs - Can cast a spell to summon evoker fangs on nearby mobs.

Transfer Souls - Can transfer souls from the Phylactery to the summon bar.

Drops - Killed mobs might drop additional items.

Complex - This origins is very complex and may be difficult to effecively play.

Demilich
Gained by killing an Evoker.

Retains most of the Lich's Powers.

Talons -Replaces the Evocation Fang spell with a more powerful variant.

Sunlight - Becomes  hindered while in sunlight.

Eldritch Presision - Can toggle between the normal eldritch blast and a precise blast that doesnt destroy blocks and targets only one mob.

Demipower - Has increased health. Moves rapidly while near soulsand.

Tome - Can use the Evoker's Spellbook to summon a trio of Vex.  (Vex attack only players.)

 

Dracon

Fireballs - Can shoot fire while in dracon form.

Lava nest - Is immune to fire damage, and can see through lava and move faster  in it.

Winged - Has a pair of wings, and can jump into the air or cause additional lift while flying.

Intimidating Presence - Can unleash a loud roar, frightening mobs within the area. Has a long cooldown.

Magic Resistance - Is resistant to magic damage.

Regenerating - Regains health even when hungry, up to half health.

Dragon health - Massively increased health.

Hunger - Hungers faster. Cooked Beef is a dracon's favorite.

Dracon Form - While in dracon form has increased armor, strength, size, and dosen't take fall damage.

Aura - Can generate a firey aura that burns nearby entities.

Grand Tools - The strongest tools are the only true bane of the Dracons. Takes additional damage from Netherite and tridents.

Breath - Can bottle breath by sneak-right-clicking with a bottle.

Egg - Can scrape scales off dragon eggs.

Tough Limbs - Cannot use a shield.

Inhibitor - Nearby End Crystals prevent some powers.

Elder Dracon
Gained by killing the Ender Dragon.

Retains most of the Dracon's Powers.

Fire Breath - Replaces the Fireball breath attack with a sustained breath weapon that fires in a line.

True Flight - Can free-fly like creative mode.

Hungery - Becomes hungry faster than a normal Dracon.

 

Siren

Water Breather - Can only breath in water. Can hold breath for a minute on land.

Sea Movement - Can move freely in water and has increased speed in water. Doesnt sink.

Terra Oceanus - You break blocks faster while underwater and have increased reach. But you break blocks much slower on land.

Seafeeder - You cannot eat non-liquid land-based food. But all sea foods are improved for you.

Drown - Can drown surface dwellers.

Axolotl Song - Can sing a brief song to grant restoration to all nearby.

Sea Walk - Can choose to walk on the seafloor at will.

Undertow - Can sing a brief song to drag nearby creatures to the bottom of the sea.

Shriek - Can unleash a shriek by right clicking on a target to hurt them. More effective on undead mobs.

Primary Song - Togglable ability that increases strength while submerged, or protect while on land.

Dry out - Dries out in hot biomes, potentially setting ablaze.

Deep Knowledge - Can craft tridents.

Sea Traveler - Guardians wont harm Sirens.

Scavenge - Can kill sea creatures to gather bonemeal.

Siren Matriarch
Gained by right clicking a Elder Guardian.

Retains most of the Siren's Powers.

Acid Armor - Increased armor while underwater, and has thorns.

Beam - Can fire a beam attack akin to a guardian laser.

Channel - Can switch between riptide and loyalty by right clicking a conduit with a trident.

Oceanic - Gains additional hearts for increasing time periods while in an ocean.

Life Drain - Siphons health and hunger from killed mobs.

 

Vampire

Blood Drinker - Drinks blood instead of Eating food. Some bloods give temporary buffs.

Bat Form - Can transform into a small flying creature. Cannot interact with blocks or damage entities while transformed, but can still drink.

Escape - While in bat form, can turn invisible in a burst of mist.

Durability - Vampires have increased health. Maximum health is dependant on Blood and Humanity.

Humanity - Vampires mmust maintain humanity by spending time around the souls of the dead.

Hunger - Blood is used to heal the body, and must be replaced by an outside source. Lower blood causes penalties and eventual death.

Sun - The sunlight destroys vampires. Has a short time to escape to darkness. (Hats wont Help!)

Gravesite - Can craft suspicious gravel, which is used as a graveyard block.

Nightvision - Has toggleable nightvision.

Natureslip - Can phase into terrain blocks by turning into smoke.

Presence - Can unleash a mental surge upon everything nearby to temporarily paralyze them. (Players are slowed)

Invisibility - Can become invisible while sneaking.

Vampire Lord
Gained by drinking blood from a mob in each blood category at least once.

Blood Categories:
Animal: Cow, Pig, Chicken, Camel, Horse(and Variants), Mooshroom, Sheep, Llama, Panda, Polar Bear
Arthropod: Spider, Cave Spider
Decayed: Zombie (And variants), Zoglin, Zombified Piglin
Human: Piglin, Villager, Piglin Brute, Pillager, Vindicator, Ravager
Ancient: Ender Dragon, Sniffer
Otherworldly: Enderman, Endermite, Shulker
Player(Not required for upgrade): Players
Magic: Witch, Evoker, Allay
Slime: Slime
Fire Slime: Magma Cube
Tiny: Axolotl, Bat, All Fish, Frog(and tadpole), ocelot, bee, silverfish, rabbit
Ocean: Squid, Glow Squid, Turtle, Dolphin
Hot: Blaze, Strider
Dangerous: Warden

Retains most of the Vampire's Powers.

Dash - Replaces Natureslip with a medium range teleport.

Wooden - Wooden Swords and sticks can kill powerful vampires and drain their humanity.

Sun Drain - Being in sunlight drains humanity now.

Predation Sight - Can toggle a sight that allows detection of nearby creatures.

Regal Aura - Passively frightens nearby mobs.

 

Automaton

Manual - Starts with an Instruction Manual.

Repairs Needed- Food is useless and hunger is meaningless. Iron and netherite scraps can be used to heal. Natural Healing does not occur.

Charge - Has a charge meter that can be increased by being struck by lightning, or consuming glowstone held in offhand. Higher charge causes heat but increases durability.

Heat - Has a heat bar that is increased with high charge, or by consuming fuel in offhand. Heat is used to autosmelt mined ores.

Built - Has greatly increased health, weapons are innefective when wielded.

Cannon - Can fire projectiles. Projectiles cause glowing and are stronger by consuming charge.

Fuel Echange - Can transmute redstone dust into glowstone dust.

Overclock - toggleable ability that drastically increases capabilities. Generates heat while on. Can be used while out of overclock bar, but causes damage.

Coolant - Can use redstone blocks or buckets of water to reduce heat.

Large - Automatons are big.

Tools - Can integrate tools to use them. Integrates only iron tools and only one at a time. Costs durability on tools when integrated. Done at an anvil.

Enchanted - Can enchant self to apply buffs bescribed in installation manual. Hold a book to see buff states.

Complex - This origin is very complex and may be difficult to effecively play.

Automaton V2
Stand on a redstone lamp and right click a redstone block.

Retains all of the Automaton's Powers.

Defense matrix - Activatable defenseive barrier that caps projectile and explosion damage at 2 hearts.

Repairs - Automatically heals slowly when damaged. Healing generates heat.

Charger - Gains charge while near end rods. Stacks up to 5.

Flash-Heat - Can conver sand into redstone by expending heat. Right click with sand in off-hand to activate.
