- rewrote pc/healer on a stick, now simulates clicking pc/healer instead of summoning one, Link Egg can be used in creative to spawn a structure that houses these blocks.  this should be placed in a loaded area such as worldspawn, it is 7x7 and 4 blocks deep and contains (hopefully) enough healers for large servers.  the structure is placed under the feet of and centred on where the player stands when right clicking the Link Egg.

a few items aren't fully implemented yet, still some fairly big things planned for next release
