First NeoForge release for Minecraft 1.21.1.

Requires NeoForge 21.1.250+, Java 21, and 64-bit VLC on each client that should see video. Dedicated servers must also open TCP 25567 (mediaProxyPort) next to 25565.

• Six craftable displays: Compact TV (3×2), Wall TV (6×4), Ultrawide Monitor (8×4), Cinema Screen (14×8), Curved Cinema Screen (16×7), Giant Cinema Screen (20×10)
• Live TV from Tunarr or any M3U + XMLTV playlist, with now/next guide
• On-demand movies and shows from Jellyfin, Emby, and Plex, including in-game config GUIs
• Server-side media proxy so API keys and Plex tokens never reach clients or world saves
• Server-authoritative multiplayer sync (power, channel/title, volume, playback position, late join)
• Playback controls: power, pause/resume, volume, channel/media select, autoplay next episode
• Subtitles, letterboxing (no stretch), and HDR tone mapping
