Added

• Added Emergency Dispatch, Police Dispatch, Medical Dispatch, and Fire Dispatch SIM cards.
• Calls to 999, 112/101, 111, and 0800 now ring every online Phone carrying the matching dispatch SIM; the first dispatcher to answer receives the call.
• Emergency calls can be placed without a personal active SIM, but require an available player-operated dispatch SIM to connect.
• Added Trap SIM. Its normal phone number rotates immediately after a successful outgoing SMS or connected outgoing call; the previous number can no longer receive calls or SMS.

Fixed

• Fixed duplicate PhoneGram search pagination controls and separated PhoneGram DM pagination from SMS pagination.
• Fixed Do Not Disturb allowing incoming calls to force the current Phone screen into Calls.
• Fixed an open SMS chat not refreshing after new SMS state arrives.
• Unified the listed navigation and pagination controls with the Phone pill-button style.
