What's new

Forge backport for Minecraft 1.17.1; requires Forge 37.1.1+ (37.x), Java 16+. Client-only, OFF by default. AI-assisted port; build/reobfuscation and 6 unit tests passed. Experimental beta; client launch and visual behavior have not been verified. No runtime rendering tests or benchmarks; no performance guarantees. Replaces the crystal renderer and may conflict with other renderer mods even when OFF.
