Adds some 'vanilla' features to Pixelmon in the world. This mod aims to be highly configurable but default functionality exists for most players needs.

What's new
Adds:
- Rototiller to create farmland (toggled via move skill)
- Lightning Rod to redirect lighting strikes
- Water gun, etc. for extinguishing nearby entities
- Safeguard for clearing player status effects
- Heatran will instant-smelt items in nearby furnaces occasionally
- Revival Blessing move will grant totem of undying effect once every 5m (even if pokemon is not sent out)
Also rewrote tracking for passive abilities, so that it can track pokemon, not just entities. This enables the Revival Blessing passive to work from party, not just on sent out mons.
Unless bugs are found, this is likely the final alpha version, before moving to 1 or 2 beta versions and then full release.
