Description

Pixelated Enchants

Pixelated Enchants is a client-side Fabric mod that gives enchantments their own unique visual identity.

Instead of every enchanted item using the same vanilla glint, different enchantments can display distinct colors and glint effects, making enchanted gear easier to recognize at a glance.

Features

  • Unique glints for different enchantments

  • Smooth blending when multiple enchantments are present

  • Works with weapons, tools, armor, shields, and other enchanted items

  • Supports glint effects on supported projectiles such as arrows

  • Per-item color overrides

  • Per-item glint overrides

  • Customize individual items independently from their enchantment defaults

  • Keeps the original Minecraft-style appearance

  • Purely visual and client-side

  • Does not change enchantment stats, damage, protection, or other gameplay mechanics

Customization Menu

Pixelated Enchants includes an in-game customization menu.

By default, press G to open the menu.

From there, you can override the glint settings for individual items, including:

  • Custom glint colors

  • Custom glint effects

  • Per-item color overrides

  • Per-item glint overrides

This allows two items with the same enchantment to still have completely different visual styles if you want them to.

Multiple Enchantments

Items with several enchantments can combine their visual effects instead of abruptly switching between them.

The system is designed to keep transitions smooth while still allowing each enchantment to influence the final appearance.

Visual Clarity

Pixelated Enchants aims to make enchantments visually recognizable without completely covering the original item texture.

The result is a more expressive enchantment system while keeping the familiar Minecraft look.
