Too many changes to list, but heres a few changes that i can remember:

to erase a whole square, hold a bucket of water in offhand then shift click.

to erase pixels, hold a brush in offhand and bucket of water in main hand then click.

added 500 (!) colors that are created in the cauldron. see the painters book for recipes.
