Pixel Banner

Pixel Banner adds two items:

Pixel Painter — a crafting station block with a painting grid where you draw your own banner pattern pixel by pixel, using the 16 vanilla dye colors instead of picking from pre-made patterns.

Pixel Banner — the banner itself. Craft a blank one, paint it in the Pixel Painter, then place it on the ground to display your design on a full pole-and-crossbar banner, just like a vanilla banner.

Note: only floor/standing placement is supported right now — wall-mounted banners aren't implemented yet.
