What's new

Bug Fixes:
-lowered the minimum supported quark version (issue#1)
-vanilla's Chunk::getTileEntity now accounts for pending tile entities (fixes a bug where pushing a dispenser into a powered block would void that dispenser's inventory, probably fixes other bugs too)
