New tab in GUI with the option to Replace pipes on a path from the same mod.
For ender io pipes - only upgrades, no downgrades For the rest of the pipes the only restriction is them being from the same mod.
Replace pipe usage:
- Hold pipe you wanna swap in off hand
- Open GUI, choose Replace tab, click place pipes button
