Controls
P — Pin the book or schematic in your hand

All keybindings can be changed in Minecraft's controls menu.
Planned Features
A future in-game notebook system may allow you to create, edit, save, and pin personal notes directly to the HUD. Checklists and task tracking could also be added later.
