What's new

* Added rate limit to prevent ping spam (default: 5 pings, with 1 second to regenerate 1 usage)
* Added name labels that can be shown with a hotkey (default: Left Alt) or configured to always show
* Added option to disable global channel
* Added decimal separator to improve readability at distance
* Improved pings to no longer be removed when switching dimensions
* Changed ping hotkey label to “Ping Location” for clarity
