Mod PinTooltips' fork, fix compat issue of obsu tooltips and no longer need fabric api.
This is a fork of Pintooltips, which is no longer maintained 1.20.1 forge by original author.
This fork aims at fixing compat issue with obscure tooltips, and removes fabric api dependency.
But for now, this project just using in my own modpack.The distribution has been authorized by the original author.
