Combat & Balance
- Projectile Origin: Both main guns and machine guns now fire projectiles from the tip of the rendered barrel, following the barrel's orientation.
- Rapid Fire: Increased the fire rate of hull-mounted machine guns and LMGs/MMGs/HMGs by 1.5x.
- Tank Cannons
- Recalibrated damage based on tank class; added anti-armor damage multipliers for heavy tanks.
- Will not fire at targets too close for the barrel to aim at; firing begins once there is sufficient distance.
- Towed Anti-Tank Gun: Now fires armor-piercing (AP) rounds. Projectiles exit along the line of the barrel.
- Crossbows: Extended the firing range for Pillager and Villager crossbows to match TACZ firearms (including projectile drop).
- Heavy Vehicles: Made more resistant to being moved by explosions or pushing. - Pillager Reinforcement Call: Doubled both the time required to initiate the call and the wait time for arrival, making it easier to intercept.
- Multiple Rocket Launcher Truck: Increased firing range.
- Infantry Weapons: Reloads automatically when the magazine is emptied (applies to TACZ guns).
- When Hit: Vehicles hit by an unseen attacker will rotate to face the direction of the incoming fire.
- Missiles
- Will not target players in Creative mode.
- Will not target Wandering Traders.
- Adjusted direct-hit damage for missiles (e.g., from attack helicopters).
- Manual Repair: Holding down the iron item now applies repairs only once every 1.1 seconds.
Village
- Stray Fire: Reduced the penalty to village reputation caused by stray shots during combat with military forces. A warning message now appears on-screen when reputation nears a hostile level.
- Militia Reinforcements: Now return home 10 minutes after the battle ends; previously, they would settle in the village permanently after being summoned.
Movement and Bug Fixes
- Squad Marching: Fixed an issue where movement would stall after the first leg of the journey; movement direction is now consistent.
- Anti-Stuck Measures
- Recovers vehicles that are only slightly embedded in the terrain.
- Digs a stepped path to escape if stuck.
- Avoids walls by treating them as hazards.
- Pushes infantry out if they become trapped inside the vehicle's hull.
- Pathfinding: Fixed an issue where vehicles would spin in place because a waypoint was located inside the vehicle's hull.
- Raids: Vehicles remain part of the raiding party even if they move away from the village.
- Field Artillery Variant: Fixed an issue where it would fail to fire. - Turret appearance: Fixed an issue where the turret on a manned vehicle was rendered misaligned with the line of fire.
- Light tank muzzle: Adjusted the projectile spawn point to match the model.
- Smoke screens: Remade to reduce rendering load.
