This mod adds:
Sandbags. They are more blast resistant than sandstone and cheaper, as they can be made with any dirt, sand or gravel. Place three of the blocks in a horizontal line, like you are making slabs or bread.
Copper, silver, and gold coins. Place 5 nuggets of gold or iron in a cross shape, and get 5 gold or silver coins. one copper ingot should yield 10 copper coins. not fully implemented. Those can be used for roleplaying or as currency in a multiplayer economy
Heavy armor and a performance enhancing drug are also in the works.
Placing a sandbag down will get you the "WW2 Veteran" achievement

Toast. Cooking bread in a campfire can make toast. Its better than bread because it gives more nutrition and saturation.
Baconburger. Place two toast above and below a cooked pork and you get a Baconburger. It maxes out nutrition and saturation.
Sandbags no longer look like cheese blocks.
